I am running 9.04 jaunty. While running rhythm box and firefox rhythm box well buffer intermittently more so i am try to accesses some thing else like system monitor or just bring up a menu, i am also runing pidind. i am streaming a radio station on rhythum box, resontly i updated some of my file and it seem that is when i started have problems. also firefox is sluggish. please help
