Users Settings Error

Hi All

I am unable to edit my "Users Settings". When I click on the "unlock" button, I get an error message "Could not Authenticate - An unexpected error has occurred". Attaching a screen shot of the same error.

Would appreciate any help.

Hi All

I have posted two queries over the last 9 months of joining the community. But for some reason, I am not getting any response for them. I want to know, if I am doing something wrong or the issues , I am raising are difficult (which I doubt).

When I initially installed Ubuntu, I was very happy to see the ubuntu forums and how everyone was getting their issues resolved quickly with the help of this forum.

Now I am a bit disheartened with the cold response.

Please help.
