Is it not in your synaptic package manager?

System > administration > synpatic package manager. Do a search for screenlets, mark (as well as dependencies, if any) and apply.

You could also get it using a terminal.

I may be reading your question wrong. Are you asking to install a particular screenlet?

To install the program, screenlets-manager:

sudo apt-get install screenlets

To install a specific screenlet, open screenlets-manager in Applications>Accessories and click on the Install button.
