Hi,

I am using ubuntu jaunty jackalope. I prefer it to windows but it has a major bug where the networking doesn't work properly. I want to convert to moblin.

I have downloaded the moblin live cd file. It is "moblin-netbook-beta-refresh-20090607-001.img". How do I burn it to a usb stick?

I have tried using System>Administration>USB Startup Disk Creator
but it won't let me use .img files only .iso files.

Burning it to cd is no good as the netbook I want to install it on has no cd drive. I need a live usb with moblin on it.

Any help would be appreciated.

did you try the instructions for copying the live image to a USB drive? (http://moblin.org/documentation/test-drive-moblin/using-moblin-live-image)
