change to the new nvidia driver for linux ???

do you advice to change to the new nvidia driver 185.18.14 for linux

and if so how to get back to older situation if something bad happened

If your current driver works fine for your graphics card hardware there isn't really any reason to upgrade. I'd look over the release notes and if none of the bug fixes affect your installed card then just keep using the one you have unless there's a problem.

I manually upgraded to it with my GTX 260 and it works fine.
