I am running Win7 Release Candidate as my main OS, and I tried installing Wubi on it. Wubi 9.04 release just does nothing, and r134 installs Ubuntu, but instead of russian keyboard layout it somewhy installs arabic. The UI and everything is in russian, but I can't log in. What is also strange is that Wubi broke the main system by removing the russian language pack, and I'm unable to reinstall it. Help plz

Good grief!! Doesn't anybody try searching the forums anymore?

We get these every week -- and every time, we tell folks that Wubi is not certified yet to work with a pre-release MS Windows OS.

So, if it works for you in Seven, then you've lucked out.

I would suggest setting it up to dual boot. Or run Win7 in VB. There are other options.

And no, nobody searches forums. (not to single you out astral)
