Is there a way I can skin menus such as the right click menu and menubar dropdowns through gtkrc?

Is there a way I can skin menus such as the right click menu and menubar dropdowns through gtkrc?

Ofcourse you can change anything! For right click, top bar,etc you will need GTK2.x themes (http://www.gnome-look.org/index.php?xsortmode=down&page=0&xcontentmode=100). Just drag and drop the *.tar.gz file on the System->Preferences-> Apperance->Theme tab
