go to add/remove and uninstall from there. Uninstall like any other windows program.

In your "Add or Remove", inside your control panel in Windows, you will highlight Wubi, and select remove.

i think you remove it like any other windows program.
control panel -> add/remove software

Yes wubi allows you to install Ubuntu inside Windows just like any other Win App, you can remove it he same way as well.
