Adding hardware support

Hi,

First of all, I'm not here to ask for help fixing the problem.

There is a patch for the Edirol UA-4FX usb soundcard for a while now. But it never gets in the real source.

Is there a place where I can go and suggest support for this card? It isn't really a bug, so I thought to ask here first.

its very reasonable to report that as a bug, which you can do at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu . the package would be linux. give as much info as you can on what devices it will help, where the patch can be found, if it works for you etc.
