[Python-Pygame] How yo get rid of window appearing in bottom panel.

Ok in pygame whenever i run my program it pops up on the bottom panel ... the thing that you click on to minimize and maximize the windows... i want to get rid of that and make a little icon on the top panel and its always running in the background and if you doubleclick it it pops up. How would i do this if possible?
