[initiate panic mode] :(
Old 9.04 32bit was installed on hda, encrypted fs and home directory using LVM found on alternate install disk.
NEW 9.04 64 bit was installed on hdb, encrypted fs and home directory using LVM also.
GRUB now only shows my new install. Old install is unreachable. I have no idea how to proceed. Pretty sure this is a grub related prob. I don't think the install overwrote anything on hda. I can only speculate that grub-update just overwrote my old boot record. Can I boot my old install from the command line of grub? How do I get my old hda install working. I still have some data on it.
