When do we get Open Office 3?

I'm still using Hardy Heron

I was wondering why it is that, even though Open Office has hit version 3.1, I'm still stuck with 2.4

Some of the features in 3.0 look pretty useful, like being able to edit pdfs, and I keep getting the newsletter from Open Office, which goes on about all this cool stuff...

When will we get the upgrade?

Anyone know?
