wine for ubuntu 9.04

i installed ubuntu 9.04 and downloaded wine but it cannot run smoothly some of my windows programs like AIMP2. how do i solve this

Wine is not Mirosoft Windows........so it will not run programs as well as in actual windows.

Check how well the program runs in wine on the Wine website
They hae program list and their ratigs
