Is "Ext3-journalfilesystem" the best ?

Hallo ubuntu experts !

I shall install Ubuntu 9.04 on a work PC.

On the whole Hard disk.

Have heard the "Ext3-journalfilesystem" is the best choice ...

??? Correct ???

Want to do it the best way, that is why I ask, before I start.

Ext4 is faster than Ext3, though, for stability purposes, I would go for Ext3 ( default ).
