So I bought a new PCI sound card to use. I noticed when putting the card in that it did not fit exactly to the PCI slots. I assumed that it was my fault and that my PC is actually PCI-Express

Below is the link to my pc info which I have also cut and paste.

I am sure it states that it is PCI/PCI Express

Well sound didn't work - so I took out the card - and now that I have gone back to the onboard sound I had - no sound.

So can anyone help please - how do I get either the onboard sound going again OR will the PCI card work and just needs some tweaking?

Thanks guys.
