Please HELP. Just installed XP in the other HDD and ubuntu option disappeared.

I had dual boot VISTA and UBUNTU, I installed XP over Vista. Now when I open I dont have the option of ubuntu at all, please help,
what should I do??

Hi, boot a ubuntu live cd and follow this (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=224351) to restore grub.
