Is it possible to have two wubi installation of different flavours of ubuntu, viz. Kubuntu and UbuntuStudio on the same windows machine?
If not, what could be a possible workaround?

I'm not sure if that would work but why not just run those different flavours in Virtualbox?

If you are wanting different desktops like kubuntu, you can always install the Desktop package eg. kubuntu-desktop, then you can choose at the login screen which desktop to boot into.

Yeah, I downloaded the desktop in a single installation, from synaptic.
Just fancied having a couple WUBI's on my comp, nevermind............;)

I had a look around and it looks like you can but you need to manually rename the ubuntu folder and then make adjustments to your menu.lst
