Gtk Mozilla Embedding Widget and libgtkembedmoz.so

I need the libgtkembedmoz.so file on an Ubuntu v8.04 Linux pc in order to use an app that uses the Gtk Mozilla Embedding Widget. It's already installed on my development machine but not on the user machine.

What package do I have to install to get it on the user pc?

I assume I would use sudo apt_get install xxxxx. The problem is I don't know what xxxxx is.

Can someone please help?

I am not sure if this is right place to put this message. I am new to ubuntu and not sure where to find howtoos and/or some reading materials.
Will ubuntu be a good start to get to know linux?
