I have an older G3 ppc running as a mail server. I just installed an old 20Gb hard drive I had laying around and installed the server version on it. The ppc version uses yaboot to dual boot, there is a menu that comes up and gives you the choice of which os you want to boot into. Running a mail server, I have no need to dual boot, but the ability is still there.
