Hi all,
I am wondering if this can be done.
I have a HP1020 Laser using HPLIP driver with Ubuntu9.04desktop 64bit.
When I startup my workstation when I get to work, I have to shut down the printer and restart it when the desktop is fully up and running.
If I have left the printer on during bootup, it appears to load first before the desktop and then HPLIP doesn't pick it up until I restart the printer.
Is there someway I can delay it's loading into Ubuntu, so that HPLIP can pick it up?
Thanks
Heeter
