Hi everyone,
I had everything running nicely with my system using Jaunty and KDE 4.3 Beta 1 (4.2.85). After the recent upgrade to 4.2.90 (beta 2?) everything runs slow and laggy. The culprit seems to be something making X use 100% CPU, most likely plasma-desktop (as that's the second highest cpu user).
Now here's the kicker. It only does this for my main user.
If I log in as another user, it all works just fine. I've made quite a few customizations to my user and would really rather not just delete my whole .kde folder. Can anyone suggest anything to try that may be a bit more targeted?

Kubuntu Jaunty AMD64
AMD Phenom II Quad Core
4 Gig DDR ram
ATI HD4850 + FGLRX 9.4
