I've added Guake and Compiz Fusion (fusion-icon) to the list of apps to run upon startup. My problem is Guake doesn't seem to be affected by fusion-icon at all. It doesn't get the true transparency effect that I want. I have to restart Guake for it to take effect. I was wondering if anyone knew of a solution to this or not. I've looked into using tilda but when I installed it and it didn't fill the full width of my screen I removed it.
