gnome column view

does anybody know if gnome is planning to do a column view like dolphin to their next release?

I found some screen shots of Dolphin, but didn't see anything in the Column view mode. However, the button to change to that mode seems to suggest an appearance like what's in Apple's Mac OS X file manager. Does that sound about right to you?

yes, that was my question. being able to have nautilus like Mac OS X "colum view" type of view in addition to the current ones.

so it is on development if i understood what you said, right?
