where does evolution store email labels?

Does anyone know where evolution store email labels (I think about sqlite3 db) ? I have seen many db inside ~/.evolution (camel-cert.db, key3.db, secmod.db cert8.db and so on) folder but all of them seem encrypted or, anyway, unreadable with standard sqlite commands.
In fact if I try to make queries on them I always read:
"Error: file is encrypted or is not a database"
