why do you care if someone else is using the logo? does it hurt you in any way, shape, or form? no.

It's just another case of elitism or moral absolutism, I guess.

The whole philosophy of Ubuntu is to be good to people, soooo why bother giving this person a headache about it?

i never said it was a big deal but if you made a logo would you want someone taking it?

You, may not care, but Canonical does. It's there property, and someone else is using it without there permission. And us, as Ubuntu users, should report this kind of stuff at the very least.
