Hi guys,

after upgrading my ubuntu to the last version, every time I try to start a new session in gnome I get the following message:

"The default configuration of the energy management system was not properly installed." (The message I see is in Portuguese, so it could be a little bit different than this in English, but the meaning is exactly this).

This blocks my session and prevent me from advancing any further. In another hand, If I initiate a session in KDE everything flows without any issues.

Can someone help me correcting this?

thanks in advance

Sorry for bumping this thread up, but I'm having the exact same issue. GNOME won't start at all, KDE works fine. Any solutions/ideas?
