I've got hardy heron installed on a dual boot setup.

As I'm new to linux (way cool!), I'm spending quite a lot of time reconfiguring/rebooting.

My Logitech wireless keyboard works fine, but only after I get past the screen displaying the boot options available. My workaround is to have a second, wired keyboard installed.

Is there a simple fix?

Both wired and wireless keyboards are both hardware solutions, aren't they? I didn't install any special drivers for the wireless keyboard. Why would one work at the boot options menu and not the other?

Hello

I just did a search of the forums and found THIS Thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=256672)

There are a few other threads in there as well.

I think the upshot of this thread was, wireless keyboard worked after ditching the wireless mouse.

Id recommend also, dropping a provate note to these posters asking if they ever got resolution.
It may save you a lot of effort
