Dolphin - "Create New" Toolbar button, not working

Hi, using Kubuntu 9.04 I added a toolbar button for "Create New" in dolphin, however when I click it nothing happens (I believe it is supposed to show a dropdown menu).

I also added the "Create Folder" button and this one does work.

Any ideas would be more than welcome :)

Click on it and hold down the click for about one second, it should work fine.

Ah yeah that works..

weird mechanic, simply clicking does nothing at all.
