I an trying to make the switch to Linux, just installed Ubuntu on an old notebook and I have bee very happy using it for several days until I discovered a problem when reorganising playlists in RYTHMBOX. When moving songs up/down, the list would immediately scroll to the top.
I downloaded and installed RYTHMBOX 0.12.2 and that problem disappeared, but now I get the following error messages when I try to play any song

/ "Missing element 'input-selector' - check your GStreamer installation"
/ The required software to play this file is not installed. You need to install suitable plugins to play media files. Do you want to search for a plugin that supports the selected file? - The search will also include software which is not officially supported.
/ No packages with the requested plugins found
The requested plugins are:
GStreamer element input-selector

I'm a bit upset because everything seemed so easy and was going so well http://ubuntuforums.org/images/icons/icon9.gif

Can anyone help ?
