I want install ubuntu 9.04 on a PC no network. How to install Chinese pack? Or give me URL for download chinese pack please.

If you don't have Internet connection you can always use a program like Keryx to install packages and update your Ubuntu installation.

Leave it for awhile and it should finish doing its thing as it says it may take awhile.

Also check the terminal to see if something went wrong as well.

I had download that user wget, I think that keryx can't finished becuse soures list, hope it can change.
