hi,
i have a question on virtualization, i know what it is, and i know how it works, and i have experience with virtualbox,qemu,.. but question is:

how to do virtualization, that would look like the real system. i saw a machine that was running ubuntu and XP at the same time. i mean it was ubuntu, but when i clicked on the bar the system changed to XP!!?, and when i again clicked on the start menu bar in XP, system changed to ubuntu!
i guess it was done with virtualization, but don't know how!
i have XP installed virtually(vbox) on my machine, but its just a small window when i boot it.
so, anybody knows how to do that?

Start by installing the guest additions to the guest OS. Then increase the resolution of the guest OS to match that of the host OS. Then switch virtualbox to fullscreen mode.
