I am very interested in this theme and icons, what exactaly is Gaia 08?

I have seen peoples themes on various websites, but how can I install it on Ubuntu 9.04?

Could at least link to the Linux version, that would help us help you.

Usually the theme file is a tar.gz file. Just right click on the Desktop and choose Change Desktop Background-->Themes, then drag the theme file into the window.
