issues.vqwiki.org has been inaccessible for weeks, so:
How do I get VQWiki to run on Ubuntu?
Installed tomcat and vqwiki in Windows XP and they just worked.
In Ubuntu, tomcat and VQWiki installed OK, but when I try to get into VQWiki (2.8.1) I get a long page of java stack trace beginning with a message that 'An error occurred while evaluating custom action attribute "value" with value "${pageContext.request.contextPath}/jsp/index.jsp"'.
I've tried fiddling with java.policy based on some tips found through Google, but no luck - still does not work.
