error installing 9.04

I have this error every time I try to install 9.04-

I've attached a zip file with all the log files. 8.04.2 installed ok- I'll run that and try to upgrade to 9.04 from there.

Why don't you ditch wubi and set up a separate partition for ubuntu? You can dual-boot with your windows installation, which will be automatically detected.

Otherwise, you will always be stuck running ubuntu under windows!!!

This is a trial run on my work pc (when my boss isn't looking). I'm currently building a new desktop pc at home, and I'm planning (so far) to run ubuntu as the primary os, and get parallels to run windows for a few windows apps I need to run.

Either way, if it has an option to install a certain way, it *should* do that w/o bugs or crashes...at least imo anyway.
