There never was a mirror even when they were up- so if they were the only ones hosting, its gunna be a pain to find- you can check the usualls, like piratebay, but Im guessing there's a small market on sites like that for a Christian version of an os where the software doesnt need pirated.

wasn't it (for the most part) just ubuntu with a few extra packages like the bible memorizer?
those are available in the repos

It's the standard ubuntu with a few extra packages installed and I think a theme. But yeah, incredibly easy to make any version of a newer ubuntu be just as similar as it gets.
