downoad link to issue 23 says 24 instead

I happened to try to download issue 23 from
http://fullcirclemagazine.org/downloads/

and issue 24 kept coming down....
I could get 23 if I manually edited the link target address though from
http://fullcirclemagazine.org/issue-24/
to
http://fullcirclemagazine.org/issue-23/
