View Full Version : [ubuntu] how can copy data from HFS+ drive to my ubuntu pc

hey,
i have install ubuntu 9.04 for a first time and i m not able to copy data and files from the hard disk whose having HFS+ file system to my PC .

i m able to read the data which is present in the hard disk but not able to copy that data from that hard disk.....

pls help me in this ......
its really important .......

See if you are able to do this as super user.
Open a terminal (Applications >> Accessories >> Terminal)
Type:
sudo nautilus
Supply your administrative password
Now browse to the files/data you want to copy and try again.

It is not advisable for you to keep this open after you are finished.
