The windows, around my applications, are gone. I can't resize or move them or anything now, also my taskbar, with the exception of the aplications menu, doesn't work anymore. I tried out compiz-fusion, but it was much uglier than the compositor that came with xfce, so I deleted it, and that's how I created this problem, how do I resolve it? I need help ASAP.

I'd install CompizConfig settings manager and tick "Window Decoration" in the effects section.

I tried that, and when I opened ccsm it was empty. I reinstalled compiz, and I have windows again, and ccsm works now, but I'd still like to get my xfce window theme back.

The windows are controlled by the window manager, xfwm4. If it isn't running, open a terminal and type
xfwm4
