I had a desk delivered to my house once, and I asked them to leave it on the side of the road in front of my place. I thought, I'll be home in about 10 minutes, but when I got there it was gone. Funny, the desk you posted looks exactly like the desk I had delivered. Ironic isn't it!

It's actually a dark red. Very nice desk chair, beats the crap out of the office chair I have.

We have bulk garbage day in my neck of the woods once every year, this year we got rid of an old grill and it was gone in under 20 minutes. Damn scavangers, they annoy me because the like to drive at 5 miles an hours and randomly stop and back up while going throught the neighborhoods. Really annoys me when I'm trying to go somewhere and I'm stuck behind them.

Back in Belgium, the waste company comes to pick up "big garbage" (furniture and the likes) twice a year. Put something usable outside, and it's gone in less than an hour! Even outside of the cities :popcorn:
