One of the best support forums for Windows I've found is Tech Support Guy. Not just for Windows support as they cover the whole gamut of current (PC) technology. Their forums are HUGE, the people are really, really helpful and they have some seriously experienced/knowledgeable people.

In short... If someone at TSG can't answer your question it's time to shoot yourself, your computer, or both:

Tech Forums (http://www.tech-forums.net/pc/f9/) has a pretty helpful section for Windows. Every once in a while I hang out over there.

In my opinion there is nowhere on the web as helpful as ubuntuforums.org. Not even this site!

I guess it depends on the issue.. but for programming the msdn forums... you will get a reply within seconds of posting.

That's very true. If you post in the right subforum, you'll get help quick. That's one of the best for programming in Windows.
