Deskbar applet gets bigger

Hello all

for the past two days my deskbar applet icon gets bigger when i boot
or reboot if i quit it and re add it the icon is normal size.Would
anyone know what is going on and how to fix it.

Gets bigger in what way? Could you give before/after cropped screenshots? Thanx..

this is strange after a update it just went back like it should be
before the icon was filling the gnome bar from top to bottom all
the way up now it's like the desk bar app was missing and the update
fixed oh well thank you anyway i guess it's fixed now

You're not crazy. Mine did the same thing for a little while and then reverted back to normal. Gotta love Linux.....

yeah...um yeah stuff in the panels seem to change sometimes
i dont know why

to prevent this from happening i just make sure i lock everything i want down to the panel so that it doesn't move or change in any way
