View Full Version : What is wrong with my theme? (Elegant Brit)

I just installed it, and I love it.
There is a problem though, that will cause me to stop using it if it continues. I have these white lines that shouldn't be there, they irk me so bad. Can anyone help me out?

It should look like that link, but mine looks more like the one attatched below.
Do I need some engine or anything?

I take you're using the emerald version of Elegant Brit. Try to open the Emerald Theme Manager(System->Preferences) and edit the theme there.
Go to the Frame/Shadows tab and try to edit the Frame Borders values, specifically the Top Border value.

In case you didn't know the pattern(reflection thingie) on the window decorations is from the Compiz plugin "Reflection"

EDIT: Judging from your post in the screenshot thread you seem to have worked it out :)

Lowering the title bar font size fix this problem in my case.
