Ok, I do not want this to become a political or legal thread. This is about some technical issues.

First, I have comcast. It is the only provider in my area (satellite does not work) and so I cannot switch. Because they block seeding, how might I bypass that, I already force encryption.

EDIT: By forwarding the port to my comp (yes, it works now), I can seed now but at an average of ~0.7-1.0kb/s, I get about 1000kb/s dl on the same torrent.

Second, I have setup my Linksys WRT54GS router to forward the port, but for some reason, BitTorrent does not read the port as forwarded. I am running 6.1.2. I have also allowed autonomous requests (or w/e).

OK I don't know about you second question but for your first problem the only way I can see you getting around Comcasts throttling would be to tunnel (using SSH) to a different PC which doesn't have any limitations/restrictions on it's Internet (http://torrentfreak.com/bittorrent-over-ssh-071014/) or by buying a service such as BTGuard (http://torrentfreak.com/btguard-anonymous-bittorrent-080309/)...(never used any of these so don't take my word for how safe it is if you do anything that could be considered illegal...;))
