Taskbar showing programs from ALL desktops

Hey, I recently upgraded to Jaunty and one thing I only noticed recently was that the taskbar shows programs from ALL desktops even when I change the configuration in the windows list program :(.

I'm guessing that compiz must be involved somehow.

I have no idea what it would be (I edited the transparency of the dock with compiz but turned that off, still no fix), had the same settings in Hardy for compiz =/.
