So the sleep/wake button on my ipod touch keeps on getting stuck.
On May 28th around 5:00 pm I went on the apple web site used the repair wizard and the next day the FedEx man drops of a empty box that Apple priority overnighted to me. I restore my ipod with original firmware (jailbreaked) and put it in it's box and take it to the Kinkos.
Now my little ipod is "At dest sort facility" in "SACRAMENTO, CA" waiting to get to Apple then back to me.
So far Apple's support gets an A+.
BTW: This ipod is the first Apple product I've ever owned
