KDE Dev testing setup for vbox.

If I may ask for a simple explanation of the setup your using to test and keep track of changes and report bugs or develop on , I'm not asking for a hand holder. I'm just interested in keeping track of development and progress of KDE. If this is not privileged information I'd appreciate it or just the link to it, Thanks.

By the way , I've searched and oddly I'm not finding it and when you link one page down from the front of techbase.kde I'm going to feel retarded. Also I'm not a builder just an interested tester.
