...by switching to an nvidia card!
I have to say that after screwing around for two weeks trying to install x from intrepid on jaunty, switching to an nvidia card is a breath of fresh air.
I bought a pny geforce 9800 gt and the difference in 3d applications is astounding - as it should be, I had that ratty old x850xt pe for almost 4 years, though its done me good for that time.
$119 is a little pricey for the card but it was a spur of the moment thing when I was paroozing about best buy (I know they gouge you)
Anyone else love their nvidia setup?
