Hi, I've just started using Fluxbox and I like it a lot, but I would like some advice on other window managers or environments with it's features.

The two features I like the most are it's ability to "pin" branches of it's main menu in place with a left click and the ability to drag windows between desktops easily. Do any other window managers have these features? I know you can drag windows between workspaces with compiz as well, but Fluxbox's right click menu seems among lightweight window managers.

Look into PekWM and OpenBox for alternatives to fluxbox with a similar philosophy.

Thanks for the tip, pekwm is news to me. Can either pekwm or openbox be configured to pin portions of the root menu in place the way fluxbox can? I hear that development on openbox is more active than on fluxbox, so that might be a reason to spend some time trying it as well.
