Hi,
I have a dell D630 with the Intel mobile GM965/GL960 graphics controller. I plugged in a 17" Samsung flat screen, I hit the blue Fn key + F7 and F8 to get dual screen. Now the laptop screen has gone pear shaped, being the all the icons are messed up and the I am missing about 3cm on each side of what I see on the screen. I have looked at all the possible options in system -> preferences -> display. Anyone have any Ideas?
