Why does OOo 3.1 ın Esperanto has menus lıke “Redakti!” and “Fenestro!”?

I was going to say "Why not post this in the 'Esperanto' section of UF?" but, having searched UF, I don't see any such section.

That has nothing to do with the ! problem. Esperantilo is a grammar checker; my problem is in menus and options. This is a translation problem (or joke, I think)
